Industrial Reenforced Steel Concrete Floor

Industrial grade concrete with reenforced steel is used for the floor construction, which enable the warehouse floor to take the load up to 2 metric tons per square meters.
Apart from the strength, crystal polishing method is selected for the finishing and for renovation of the old warehouse in order to provide the shiny-finish on the floor, and, for the old warehouse, this method also prevent the dust from the old worn out concrete.

Insulated Metal Sheet Roofing

High grade two inches thick polyurethane insulated metal sheet roofing is used as a replacement from the old corrugated roofing tiles in order to provide the state-of-the-art appearance and essentially the reduction in the inside temperature. With the capability of long continuous production of the metal sheet, the leakage of water has been fully protected during the rainy season.

Clear Height

Our Warehouses are designed with clear height of 6 – 10 meters. This clear height allows the customer to utilize the maximum use of space inside.

Natural Air Ventilation System

All of our warehouse units are equipped with either the air venting block or Louver siding on our double roof unit, which allows the natural air flow inside the units. This actually create the comfortable working environment inside the warehouse.

Pest and Bird Protection

Steel and nylon nets are installed on all of our louver siding area in order to prevent birds or insects to come inside the warehouse.

Unit Lighting

Each unit is installed with 100 W Led high bay lighting. This allows trouble free for the customer who need to work at night.
